STEVE INGRAM [ DIRECTOR OF TRAINING ]
Steve and Rebecca Ingram are the owners of ISET Academy. Steve is a Master Instructor with over 25 years of experience using earth moving equipment, aerial lifts, and powered industrial forklifts and other machines. Steve’s specialty is safety consulting with emphasis on operator training, train the trainer, hazard prevention and damage/loss prevention. In this field Steve’s knowledge, skills and experience coupled with his credentials as a Certified Master Instructor have led him to becoming one of the most capable and sought after safety professionals in the business.
With over a decade in the equipment rental industry , Steve has built a strong reputation as an expert training provider whose vast knowledge is surpassed only by his passion for safety and instructing.
Steve is a proud husband to Dr. Rebecca Harding Ingram and father of two of the most wonderful girls on the planet. When he is not training others to BE SAFE, Steve likes to ride motocross, race off-road trucks, go-karts and GO FAST! A lifelong fitness enthusiast, former boxer, Fork Union Military Academy student, electronics specialist, inventor and firm believer in faith. My goal is to get the most out of my life and give the very best of everything I have learned to every student I meet.
One of my true inspirations and hero every day is my youngest daughter Sara. Congential Heart Disease survivor with Transposition of the Great Arteries, Artial Septal Defect, Ventricular Septal Defect, Single Coronary Artery, Glenn and Fountaine operations before AGE 2!!! My daughters single ventrical and the life she lives is nothing short of miraculous. One in every 110 babies are born with some form of CHD, this is real, we need to do something, and it commands our best effort, NOW!

Dr. Rebecca Harding Ingram [ President ]
Doctor Rebecca Harding Ingram, Owner of ISET Academy somehow finds time in her busy schedule to teach First Aid and CPR courses for us. She also owns Maple Grove Medical Inc. providing service to many Assisted Living facilities throughout the Richmond Metropolitan area, and volunteers her spare time to organize charity events. She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, and the University of Virginia School of Medicine. She is also a fitness warrior instructor teaching free classes for the community Monday nights 6pm in Colonial Heights Va. She is pretty awesome!
John Rothe [ Safety Trainer ]
ISET Academy proudly welcomes John Rothe of Senga Safety services. John is a regional trainer for the Mid Atlantic OSHA Institute and the Chesapeake Regional Safety Council. John’s reputation supersedes him as he has been instructing the following courses, (some of which for over 30 years):
