Stevie Winters is the owner  of ISET Academy.

She is an Expert Instructor with over 35 years of experience using forklifts, aerial lifts, loaders, excavators and many other machines.  Stevie specializes in safety consulting with emphasis on operator training, train the trainer, hazard prevention and damage/loss prevention.

In this field Stevie’s knowledge, skills and experience coupled with her credentials as a Certified Expert Instructor have led her to becoming one of the most capable and sought after safety professionals in the business.

Growing up with a family construction business plus adding over a decade in the equipment rental industry, Stevie has built a strong reputation as the top shelf training provider whose vast knowledge is surpassed only by her passion for safety and teaching.

Stevie is a proud parent of two of the most wonderful girls on the planet.

When she is not training others to BE SAFE,  Stevie likes to ride the wind as a Kitesurfer, race go-karts and GO FAST!  She is a lifelong fitness fanatic, former MMA enthusiast, electronics specialist, programmer, inventor and firm believer in my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
My goal is to get the most out of my life and give the very best of effort to each student I meet.

One of my true inspirations is my youngest daughter Sara.  Congential Heart Disease survivor with Transposition of the Great Arteries, Artial Septal Defect, Ventricular Septal Defect, Single Coronary Artery, Glenn and Fountaine operations before AGE 2!!!  My daughters single ventrical and the life she lives is nothing short of miraculous.  One in every 110 babies are born with some form of CHD, this is real, we need to do something, and it commands our best effort, NOW!

ISET Academy is looking for another instructor, ideally this is someone with heavy equipment experience or a construction background who would like to become an instructor.  We have a comprehensive training program and excellent earning potential.

ISET Academy proudly welcomes John Rothe of Senga Safety services.  John is a regional trainer for the Mid Atlantic OSHA Institute and the Chesapeake Regional Safety Council.  John’s reputation supersedes him as he has been instructing the following courses, (some of which for over 30 years):
